Rise Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions

Rise Retreat | 20–23 November 2026 | Gold Coast Hinterland, Queensland

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for the Rise Retreat. By reserving your place, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

1. Retreat Investment & Payment

The total investment for the Rise Retreat is AUD $1,997 per person.

You may choose to pay in full or, where available, select the payment plan of a $697 initial deposit followed by two instalments of $650.

If you select the payment plan, you authorise the scheduled instalments to be charged in accordance with the payment schedule presented at checkout. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the retreat.

If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, we will provide an opportunity for payment arrangements to be resolved. Failure to complete payment may result in your booking being cancelled.

2. Cancellation by You

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, payments you have made may either be:

• Refunded to you; or
• Transferred in full as credit toward the next Rise Retreat.

If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, payments made are non-refundable due to accommodation, catering, facilitator and other retreat commitments already being secured on your behalf.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In the unlikely event that the Rise Retreat needs to be cancelled by the organisers and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, participants will be offered a transfer to a future Rise Retreat or a refund of retreat payments made.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, activities or inclusions where circumstances require it, while endeavouring to maintain the overall quality and intention of the retreat.

We are not responsible for additional personal expenses associated with attending the retreat, such as travel or other external costs, except where required by law.

4. Accommodation & Meals

Your retreat investment includes shared accommodation and meals as described in the retreat information.

Rooming preferences may be requested, including requests to share with a friend, but cannot always be guaranteed.

Participants will have the opportunity to advise us of dietary requirements before the retreat. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements where possible; however, we cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergens.

5. Health, Wellbeing & Participation

Rise Retreat includes wellbeing and personal-development experiences which may include conscious breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, emotional processing and other facilitated experiences.

Some activities may not be suitable for everyone.

Before attending, you agree to complete the requested participant intake form and provide relevant information that may affect your ability to participate safely.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional if you have concerns about your participation.
